Startup Delayer version 3.0 build 324 released

Build 324 has two new menu options in the System Tray allowing you to Launch Next and Launch All.
Build 324 also includes various fixes and optimizations.
You can grab the build from the Product page or use the Update button in the Options Window of Startup Delayer.
Changes in this build:
