Build 328 of Startup Delayer features a brand new interface for the Localization tool, including an online update system which allows existing Startup Delayer installations to automatically download and apply any Localization updates. This allows translators to release fixes and have them delivered to users within 2 days.
The Notifier bar sees the return of the More information button allowing you to toggle between a thin version. The thin version still features a progress bar which is squeezed in down the bottom.
